HiZoo 2-Year Limited Warranty 

At HiZoo, we stand behind the quality of our products. We are proud to provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all our devices, ensuring you enjoy peace of mind and long-lasting relief.

1. Warranty Period

This warranty lasts for 2 years, starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.

2. What is Covered?

This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During these two years, HiZoo will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

3. What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover problems caused by:

  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, dropping, or hitting the device.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempts to open, repair, or modify the device by anyone other than the HiZoo support team.
  • Natural Wear and Tear: Gradual wear of fabric or aesthetic scratches.
  • Accidents: Damage caused by water (unless specified as waterproof), fire, or other external causes.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: This warranty applies only to the physical product and its components.

4. How to Claim Your Warranty

If you experience an issue with your HiZoo product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@hizoo.co.
  2. Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and a short video or clear photos demonstrating the defect.
  3. Evaluation: Our support team will review your case within 48 hours.
  4. Resolution: If the defect is covered, we will provide a prepaid return label (if inspection is needed) and arrange for a professional repair or free replacement.

5. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is issued, the warranty continues from the original purchase date; it does not restart with the arrival of the replacement device. We only offer replacements for the same model as originally purchased.

6. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from our official store (hizoo.co).

7. Purchases via Authorized Platforms (Amazon, TikTok, etc.)

If you purchased your HiZoo product through one of our authorized third-party platforms, such as Amazon or TikTok Shop:

  • Direct Support: Please contact the platform’s official customer service through their respective app or website to initiate a warranty claim or return.
  • Platform Policies: Returns and exchanges for these orders are governed by the specific policies of the platform where the purchase was made.
  • Official Website Support: While we are happy to answer general product questions, for order-specific issues (like shipping or refunds) on external platforms, you must contact their dedicated support teams for faster resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

HiZoo’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as described above. HiZoo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
